Our range of watches is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase against defects in manufacture and materials. In the unlikely event of any fault developing during this period, it will be repaired, or at our option replaced.
All repairs under this guarantee must be carried out by us and must also be accompanied by the completed guarantee sent out with each purchase.
The guarantee does not cover:
(a) Damage resulting from accident or abnormal wear or negligence
(b) Tampering, misuse or ingress of water
(c) Corrosion caused by steam or aerosol sprays
In these cases it will be repaired at a reasonable cost, after you have approved our estimate.
Batteries
Batteries are not included under the terms of the guarantee. Your local jeweller should be able to supply a replacement at a reasonable cost.
Returning your watch for service

Send by registered post or recorded delivery, enclosing the guarantee

Pack your watch carefully

We will not acknowledge receipt of your watch unless there is an abnormal delay in repair time

If any charges are involved, we will send you a prior estimate

To ensure safe return of your watch, enclose a postal order/cheque to the value of £4.50 to cover postage and insurance against loss in transit
